چکیده مقاله:

 

In modern economics intellectual capital is described as invisible properties that can be used as a resource for constant competition benefit because the pioneering organizations in modern economy are those which create value by using intellectual capital. On the other hand expansion of entrepreneurship in today"s organizations is one of the main goals of each organization to achieve constant development. The aim of this experimental research is investigating the effects of intellectual capital"s three main elements, on the other hand human capital, structural capital and customer capital over organizational entrepreneurship in governmental institutions of west Azerbaijan province (Iran). In order to explore the agents and expanding the contents of questionnaire, the principal component analysis (PCA) method and linear structural relationships (LISREL) are used. The final estimated model shows the positive effect of each element of intellectual capital over organizational entrepreneurship
